SERVING THE NORTH MANCHESTER AREA

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide nutritious meals to homebound, ill, or disabled person who are unable to prepare or obtain them regardless of age or income.

HOW MANCHESTER MEALS-ON-WHEELS BEGAN

Manchester Parish Nurses recognized the need for nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of individuals for our homebound residents of North Manchester and surrounding communities. Under the umbrella of Community Services of North Manchester, Meals-On-Wheels meals are provided by the Food Services Department of Timbercrest Senior Living Center. This program was begun in January of 2004. In the first year of operation, more than 2,,000 meals were delivered by Manchester Meals-On-Wheels. We are located the The Town Life Center at 603 Bond Street, North Manchester, IN.
